About Resolve
About Resolve.
Why this practice exists.
Resolve exists because some property situations need more than a standard approach.
Most deals that go wrong at closing were set up wrong at the start.
I know, because I spent close to a decade in real estate law and closed several hundred purchase, sale and mortgage transactions. I saw what arrived on the lawyer’s desk, and what could have been avoided.
Now I work where deals are made. As a salesperson, I put them together the way lawyers wish they arrived: priced on evidence, terms that hold, timing that closes.
For sellers, that matters most in complex and high-value sales: a lender in the picture, a deadline, a family decision, or simply a lot at stake. For buyers, it means the value most people walk past, and the risks that don’t show.

Connect on LinkedInI come at real estate from two sides: as an investor since my teens, managing my parents’ multiplexes and then my own, and as a real estate lawyer for close to a decade. Both taught me to read a deal for what it really is, before anyone signs.
